This phase is designed for women entrepreneurs who are in the start-up phased of their business. Each module is created to ensure the woman moves from start-up to scaling. This FOUR module program covers
- Business modeling- In this module participants learn the difference between a business model and a business plan, how to identify the appropriate business model for their business, and how to create a sustainable business model is introduced to the business model road map.
- Business planning- In this module participants learn how to create a WINNING business plan from scratch. I share all my business planning secrets here!
- Traditional marketing- In the module I cover everything you need to know about creating traditional marketing strategies in your business AND the funnels that go with them.
- Online marketing- No I am not just talking social media I am talk ALL things online. This module provides strategic strategies to market effectively online.
Your Instructor
Recognized as one of Baltimore's Top 40 under 40, Dr. Tammira Lucas is an award-winning thought leader, Author, International Speaker, and Philanthropist in the areas of entrepreneurship, social innovation, and economic development. She is the CEO of The Business Dr. Consulting firm and The Cube Cowork. Dr. Lucas is also a professor in the College of Business at Coppin State University. Along with a commitment to innovative and effective pedagogy, Dr. Lucas is actively developing a research line focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development.
With over 14 years of experience and research in business and social innovation, Dr. Lucas has dedicated her life and work on building communities through leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Lucas holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Walden University.
